Luke Turner

Luke Turner, 66, of Calhoun County, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Graveside service will be conducted Sunday, May 5, 2019 at 3:00 pm at Cordray Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Jackie Williams will officiate.

Luke was born to the late William Dewitt Turner and Hazel Doris Turner on August 22, 1952 in Calhoun County, GA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Turner, his siblings, Bobby Turner, W.D. Turner, Lucille Bowman, Martha Turner, Anna Barbara Moore, James Turner, John Turner and Beatrice Allen.

Survivors include his siblings Louise (Roy) Roney of Edison, GA, Betty (Edward) Sheffield of Edison, GA, and Berthaline Schwartz of Washington State.
