Woodie McKnight, Jr.

Woodie McKnight, Jr. 62, died Monday, June 17, 2019 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

His funeral service will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home with Mr. Ross Powell officiating.  Interment will be at 5:00 p.m. at the Blakely City Cemetery.

Raised in Blakely, Mr. McKnight was retired from Proctor and Gamble.

Survivors include his daughters, Tina McKnight, Albany, April Walsh (Elvis), Tifton, spouse, Nancy Hatcher, Albany, brothers, Robert McKnight (Cindy), Jacksonville, NC, Ralph McKnight, and Jody McKnight of Albany, grandchildren, Dyllin Fallin, Kelsea Fallin, Jordan Williams, Lyric Bradford, Isebella Brown, Aubri Smith, Sawyer Walsh, 4 great grandchildren and a sister in law, Linda Collett (Donnie), Sylvester.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Mathews Funeral Home.
