William Vincent Blanton

William Vincent Blanton, 71 of Albany, GA, died Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Dawson Health and Rehabilitation. His ashes were spread at Dickey Presbyterian Church cemetery where many of his ancestors are buried. 

 Vincent was born in Clinton, SC, to William (Doug) and Jeannette Davis Blanton (Robinson).  He grew up in Texas but spent most of his life in South Georgia.  Most of his career he was self-employed in the home improvement field.  He loved hunting and being outdoors.

Survivors include his mother Jeannette Davis Robinson, his brothers Edward (Woody) and Lee Blanton, his niece Leslie Cuff and her son Aiden, and his nephews, Tyler, Jason, and Adam Blanton.  He is predeceased by his sister, Gail Peacock.

He will be remembered for his love for his family and willingness to do anything for them.
