William Franklin Adams, Jr

William Franklin "Junior" Adams, Jr, 46 of Albany, GA passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at his residence. Graveside funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Dale Hodges will officiate.

A lifelong resident of Albany, GA, born to Mrs. Phyllis Carpenter Clum, and the late William Franklin Adams, Sr. he was a devoted husband, father and was of the Baptist faith. He worked in construction for most of his life and was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Wayne Adams.

Survivors include his wife, Ida Lorraine Shaw Adams of Albany, a son, Micheal Adams of Albany, a granddaughter, Ryleigh Marie Adams of Albany, one sister, Jean McConnell of Panama City FL, and his mother in-law, Dolly Shaw of Leesburg, GA and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday at Mathews Funeral Home.
