Mark Sells, 30, of Vero Beach, FL formerly of Albany, GA died December 22, 2011. The funeral service will be conducted Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 11:00 AM Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Leigh Ann Raynor and Rev. Bobby Moye will officiate. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.

A native of Albany, GA, Mark was a graduate of Westover High School and The Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Atlanta, GA. Mark was of the Baptist faith. He was currently employed as a chef with The Conch House in Vero Beach, FL.

Survivors include his father, Joseph Mark Sells of Vero Beach, FL, his mother and step-father, Karen and Lee Roberts of Albany, GA, a brother, Will Roberts of Albany, GA, a sister, Karlee Roberts of Tuscaloosa, AL, paternal grandparents, Larry Joe and Bobbie Sue Sells of Vero Beach, FL and Virginia Roberts and the late Edgar Roberts of Albany, GA. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Dan and Ethelma McDonald of Sylvester, GA.

Mark loved fishing and being outdoors whether it was in his boat on the pond or casting a line at the beach. He had a loving strong spirit and will be forever missed, cherished and loved by his family and friends. As one friend put it best "He smiled more than most I know..."

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral at Mathews Funeral Home.

The family is at the residence of Karen and Lee Roberts, 3102 Coventry Road, Albany, GA, 31721.
