Thomas "Tommy" Cox

Thomas E. Cox, 81, of Albany, died Friday, August 28, 2026 at his home.

Per his wishes he will be cremated and no formal services will be held at this time.

A native of Moultrie, Mr. Cox was retired form M&M Mars, and a member of Sherwood Baptist Church. He was an avid tennis player, like to work in his yard and watch baseball. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy.

Mr. Cox was preceded in death by his wife of thirty years Carol Cox.

Survivors include his children, Lisa Allen, Christina Cox Williams (Robert) and Thomas “Tommy” Cox, Jr. (Toni), grandchildren, Toby Cox, Cameron Cox, Chris Cox, Destiny Yancey, Dustin Yancey, Chris Cox, Cameron Cox, Toby Cox, great grandchildren, Marissa, Nevaeh, Griffin, Cora, Hendrix and his sister, Doris Ryan.
