Ted Wayne Daniel

Ted Wayne Daniel, 69, of Cordele ,GA formerly Leesburg and Albany, GA passed away Sunday, May 24, 2026.

Ted was born in Albany, GA and was educated and lived Leesburg, GA until moving to Albany, GA. He was employed with general construction until his injuries in 2022.  

He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Eugene Daniel and Shelby Jean Odom Daniel, a brother, Jimmy D. Daniel, sister, Sherry Daniel Shelton, grandparents, James B. Odom and Bessie Ruth Odom, Denton Daniel and Alma Hilton Daniel. 

Survivors include his daughters, Rebecca Day and family, Pitts, GA and Shannon Padgett and family, Statesboro, GA,, brother, John (J.D.) Daniel, Worth Co., GA, uncle and aunt, Andy Daniel (Charlotte) and Larry Daniel, Albany, GA.
