Stephen Daryl Cater, Sr

The memorial service of Stephen Daryl Cater, Sr., 51, of Lee County, GA who died February 20, 2012, will be conducted Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Leesburg. Rev. Bobby Harrell will officiate.

A native of Albany, GA, Daryl had lived in Lee County most of his life. He was formerly employed as the shop foreman for Burlington Trucking Company and was formerly employed with Wingfield Ag. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Leesburg. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Cater and a sister, Carolyn Cater.

Survivors include his wife, Robin Cater, a son, Stephen D. Cater, Jr. and his fiancée, Brandi Holmes, a daughter and her husband, Jill and Jeremy Morris and three grandchildren, Ally Morris, Collin Morris and Austin Morris, all of Lee County, GA.
