Sheila Denise Casey

Sheila Denise Casey, 51, of Leesburg, GA passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Dr. Morris Harp will officiate.

Sheila loved Georgia Bulldog football, softball and country music--especially George Strait. She enjoyed being outside, playing softball, or gardening; she loved plants even though she did not have a green thumb.  She enjoyed cooking and collected cookie jars. Sheila truly loved her family and grandbabies; she was happy and outgoing, with an infectious laugh, and never met a stranger.

Survivors include her daughter Nikki Truitt (Hobbie Sharp), father, Bubba Casey,  mother, Peggy Suggs (Bill) all of Lee Co., GA, brother, Steve Casey (Christy), Albany, GA and two grandchildren, Carolyn Sharp and Ethan Sharp.
