Sharon Harris Davis

Sharon Harris Davis, 68, of Dawson, died Friday, August 7, 2026 at the Willson Hospice House.

Her graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Dawson. Rev. Freddie Jones, Mr. Jack Harris and Mr. Brian Davis will officiate.

A lifelong resident of Dawson, Sharon was the Business Manager for Harris Wrecker and the family Matriarch. She was a graduate of Terrell County High School, a big Alabama (Roll Tide) fan and loved to spoil her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Franklin Eugene and Marth Owens Harris and her nephew William Harris.

Survivors include her husband,  Steven Davis, sons, Daniel Davis (Katie), Brian Davis (Whitney), daughter, Leigh Davis Weldon (Robby), brother, Roger Harris, Jack Harris (Maria), John Harris (Trixie), grandchildren, Max Davis, Carolina Davis, Camp Davis, Grayson Davis, Jasper Davis, Dexter Weldon, Laina Santos, Aubrey Hamilton, Ean Weldon.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday at Mathews Funeral Home.
