Roseiline (Sissy) Mathews

Roseiline Ann Mathews, 70, of Cuthbert, GA, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Graveside Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Mathews was preceded in death by her father, Walter S. Kenney.

Survivors include her husband, Charles G. Mathews, Cuthbert, GA, children, Victoria (Vickie) McLeod (Keith), Ft. Gaines, GA, Kimberly Scott (Brody), Cuthbert, GA, Melissa Palumbo (Mike), Dunwoody, GA, Terri Kellerman (Keith), Harrisburg, NC, son, Sonny Taylor (Nicole), Cuthbert, GA, her mother, June Wheatley (Nana) Kenny, brother, Walt Kenney (Bobbie), Dexter, NY, sisters, Loneita Boutwell, Snead, FL, Ruth Carnley and Wanda Bowles (Steve) both of Kinston, AL, ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at Damascus Baptist Church.
