Robert J. "Bob" Clements

Robert J. “Bobby” Clements, 83, of Albany, GA, passed away June 2, 2026 at his residence. Bob's friends will be holding a reception in memory of Bob on June 13, 2026 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at the Stonebridge Country Club Tavern. Everyone is welcome. 

At a later date, services will held at Oakland Cemetery in Indiana, PA. 

Bob was born in Indiana, PA on January 12, 1943 to the late John and Elizbeth Clements. He grew up in Wilmore, PA and graduated from Beaverdale-Wilmore High School. After attending college at Shippensburg University Bob joined the United States Marine Corps and served his country, with one tour in Vietnam. He retired after twenty-two years of service with the rank of Master Gunnery Sergeant.

Bob was employed with The Marine Corps Logistic Base-Albany for twenty years. Bob was an avid golfer and was a member Stonebridge Golf and Country Club and River Pointe Golf Club.

Survivors include his wife, Carrie Clements of Albany, GA, two children, Todd (Jana) Clements of Tomball, TX and Jeff (Eva) Clements of Albany, GA, six grandchildren, Kayli (Gordon) Browne of England, Lindsay Clements Myrick of Hailey, Idaho, Loagan (Rikard) Dahl of Manhattan, NY, Lacie (Blair) Hutchins of Comanche, TX, Travis (Toni) Clements of Hempstead, TX and Cameron Clements of Norfolk, VA, and six great-grandchildren.

Those desiring may make memorials in memory of Bob to First Methodist Church of Albany or Georgia Hospice Care.
