Richard Lloyd Webster, Sr.

Richard Lloyd Webster, 54, of Sylvester, GA passed away Friday, July 25, 2025 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Memorial services will be conducted Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 11:00 am at Mathews Funeral Home , Chaplain Joey Holland will officiate.

Richard was born in Albany, GA, he attended Dougherty Co. and Lee Co. Schools and in his younger years, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and tent camping trips with his family. He loved his little Chihuahua companion Roxy. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul E. Webster, Sr.

Survivors include his sons, Richard L. Webster, Jr, Leesburg, GA and Michael J. Webster (Alex), Pooler, GA, mother and step-father, Frankie C. Schreiner and Bill Schreiner, Leesburg, GA, sister, Jennifer Martin, Leesburg, GA, brother, Paul E. Webster (Kelly), Sylvester, GA and seven grandchildren, Aaron, Ian, Aiden, Isabella, Joshia, Elias, a number of nieces and nephews and a beloved dog, Roxy.

The family will receive friends following the services at Mathews Funeral Home.
