Richard Talmadge Nichols

Richard Nichols, 71, of Albany, died Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at hisresidence.  

His funeral service will be 3:00 PM, Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Mathews Funeral Home with interment in Cedar Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

A native of Americus, Mr. Nichols had lived in Albany for a number of years and was retired from Cooper Tire.  He loved to fish, classic cars and motor cycles.

He is survived by his daughter, Dawn Strickland, grandchildren, Chase Greene, Brinslee Strickland, Blaine C. Strickland, great grand daughter Dallas Greene, brother, Steve Nichols and a sister Betty Steele (Robert).
