Randy Scott Deese

Randy Scott Deese, 65, of Albany, GA passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 3:00 pm at Mathews Funeral Home. 

Randy Scott Deese, 65, was born and raised in Albany, Ga lived in Florida for 25 years and moved back to his home town for 14 years. He was the most tender hearted, loving husband, father and papa! Randy was a beloved Little League football coach and die hard Georgia fan. He was all about the dogs! He was a volunteer firefighter in Mulberry Florida and a racecar driver in secret. He was always the life of the party. The biggest smile and biggest heart and if you know Randy you knew he always had candy in his pocket and love in his heart. He loved his daughters more than anything in the world, but the grand boys took the number one. He was loved by many and had a couple of different names he was known by from family haystack, from friends fatdaddy, and from the youth football (go wolverines) pops.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, George Leonidas Deese and Lorraine Boucher Deese and a son, Dylan Scott, brothers, John Deese and Christopher Deese.

Survivors include his wife, Stephanie Holley Deese, children, Whitney Nicole Deese (Richard Wainwright) and McKayla Shea Deese, Monica Renee Fender, Chasidy Robinson all of Albany, GA, siblings, George L. Deese. Jr., Lee Co., GA, Debra Brock, Albany, GA, Terry Faircloth (Tim), Albany, GA, Danny Deese, Worth Co., GA, Penny Deese Tarleton (Bruce), Missouri, Brian Deese (Tammy), Leesburg, GA, grandchildren, Dylan Scott Flowers, Landon James Flowers.

The family will receive friends at Mathews Funeral Home following funeral services.
