Peter Allen Loftin

Peter “Pete” Loftin, 67, of Mitchell County, died Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

A native of San Antonio, TX, Pete lived in Mitchell County for the past 21 years.  He served his country in the U S Air Force for more than 20 years and had worked as a mental health counselor at Autry State Prison.

Survivors include his wife Debra Jean Loftin, Mitchell County, sons Jason Allen Loftin (Michelle), Virginia Beach, VA, Justin Aron Loftin, Cozad, NE, six grandchildren 4 great grandchildren, sister, Dixie Henning (Ed) Warner Robins, GA and nephew Eddie Henning, IV.
