Patricia Ann Pantone

Patricia Ann “Pat” Pantone, 78, of Albany, GA, died Thursday, June 8, 2023 at Wynfield Health and Rehabilitation Center.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Mathews Funeral Home.  Rev. Billy Smith will officiate.  Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Pat was born in Sylvester on March 20, 1945 to the late Iverson and Estelle Walker.  She grew up in the Scooterville Community and graduated from Worth County High School.  Pat moved to Albany, GA and married Tommy Pantone.

Pat worked with her husband in their Auto Sales and Hubcap business for over thirty years. She was a “people-person”, who enjoyed being with friends and family, especially her grandchildren. Pat enjoyed planting flowers in her yard, watching the birds, fishing, and playing Bingo. She also appreciated music; her favorites were early Elvis tunes and Percy Sledge. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Tommy A. Pantone, Sr., and her siblings, June Freeman, Ronnie Walker, Karen Walker, 

Survivors include her children, Thomas A. “Tommy” Pantone, Jr., (Melissa) of Lee County, GA and Paula Pantone of Albany, GA, her grandchildren, Tyler Pantone (Lauren), and Travis Tyson (Taylor) all of Lee County, GA, Homer Tyson (Liz) and Olivia Pantone both of Albany, GA, Emily Smith of Mitchell County, GA and Landon Pantone and Cameron Jones both of Albany, GA and her siblings, Rita Patterson (Charlie) of Scooterville, Debbie Davis (Ronnie) of Norman Park, GA, Cheryl Walker of Scooterville, Glenda McDermont of Palatka, FL, Brenda Sanders of Lafayette, AL and Pam Renfro (Glen) of Fayetteville, NC.

The family will receive friends Tuesday before the service from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Mathews Funeral Home.
