Myrtle H. Law

Myrtle H. Law, 79, of 206 Creekside Drive, Leesburg, GA died Thursday, July 14, 2011 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Jimmy Hagadorn will officiate. Interment will follow at Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery.

A native of Cairo, GA, Mrs. Law had resided in Leesburg most of her life. She was a homemaker and was of The Pentecostal Faith. Mrs. Law was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Austin Law, Jr., parents, Alan Jackson Barfield and Hattie Lou Spence Barfield, two brothers, Buddy Barfield, Tony Barfield and a sister, Marie Gibson.

Survivors include a daughter, Pam Sizemore and her husband Talmadge of Leesburg, GA, a son, Don Brumbley and his wife, Kay of Worth County, GA, two brothers, Bobby Barfield and Roger Barfield of Pelham, GA, three sisters, Christine Ruffin of Pelham, GA, Shirley Bishop of Florida, Francis Odum of Pelham, GA, eight grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.
