Mary Naomi Brown

Mary Naomi Brown, 89, of Albany, GA, died Saturday, February 9, 2013 at her residence. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 14, 2013, at 3:00 p.m. at Albany Grace Church of the Nazarene. Reverends Joe Miller and Hilton Gillespie will be officiating. Interment will follow in Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery.

A native of Columbus, GA, Mrs. Brown had resided in Albany for many years. She was a member of Albany Grace Church of the Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleveland Brown, a son, Kenneth Brown and a sister, Katherine O'Neil.

Survivors include a daughter, Linda Goolsby and her husband Ernie of Albany, GA, a brother, Ray Gene Brown and his wife Linda of Charleston, SC, a step-daughter, Sara Conley, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at Mathews Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
