Marvin Allen "Marty" Milner

Marvin Allen “Marty” Milner, Jr., 67, of Albany, GA, passed away Monday, June 30, 2026 at his residence. No services will be held at this time. Marty will be interred in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Dawson, GA by his father.

Marty was born on June 19, 1959 in Dawson, GA to Marvin and Mildred Milner, Sr. He was raised in Albany, GA where he attended Albany Public Schools. His first job was framing houses with Bob Bush before working for himself as a carpenter for many years. Marty enjoyed deer hunting, bass fishing, helping put on fishing tournaments and singing karaoke. He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his son, Daniel Milner of Semmes, AL, his mother, Mildred Milner, two brothers, Kevin Milner and Ken Milner all of Albany, GA, two sisters, Lynn Yeatts of Milton, FL and Penny Milner of Cabot, AK and a grandson, Grayson Milner.
