Martha Pitts Evans

Martha Pitts Evans, 90, of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away May 6, 2026 in Huntsville, AL. Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday May 9, 2026 at 1:00 pm at Crown Hill Cemetery. Mr. Ross Powell will officiate.

Mrs. Evans was born in Helena-McRae, GA on August 2, 1935 to Frank and Mildred Brown. She grew up in Helena-McRae Georgia and graduated from McRae High School.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands Weldon Pitts and George Evans.

Survivors include her daughter, Patti Wills (Sam) of Huntsville, AL, three grandchildren, Katy Wills of Decatur, GA, Brad Wills (Ellen) and Susan Wills, AL and three great-grandchildren, Jackson Wills, Ida Wills and Walker Wills all of Huntsville, AL.
