Marian King Baty

Marian "Missy" King Baty, 58, of Sylvester, GA passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. A graveside service will be held at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery in Highlands, NC on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 2:00 pm.

Missy loved life and living it to the fullest. She was a wonderful and caring wife and a loving mother to her daughter. Found happiness in the smallest of things in life. pleasant and loving personality that filled everyone's hearts who knew her. She loved helping people in the medical field and in general. Missy will be dearly missed and can never be replaced. We know she's with the Lord now and happy. We have the memories, and they will stay with us forever.

Missy is survived by her husband, David Baty of Sylvester, GA and her daughter, Erin Grace Baty of Asheville, NC, as well as many others who loved her dearly. 

Funeral arrangements will be conducted by Bryant-Grant Funeral Home in Franklin, North Carolina. Missy had requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
