Mae Davis Hatcher

The funeral service of Mae Davis Singleton Hatcher, 84, of Albany, GA who died Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital will be conducted Friday, April 8, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Bobby Moye will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, Climax, GA.

A native of Camilla, GA Mrs. Hatcher had lived most of her life in Albany, GA. She was a Homemaker and was of the Baptist Faith. Mrs. Hatcher was preceded in death by her parents Lynwood Paul (Shuck) Singleton and Annie Belle Davis Singleton, a brother Jim Singleton.

Survivors include her children, Ann (Chuck) Styker of Port O'Conner, TX, Tricia Hobbs of Albany, GA, Bubba (Marijo) Hatcher of Albany, GA and Thomas (Johanna) Hatcher of Albany, GA, a sister, Emmie Simmons of Albany, GA, grandchildren, Stephanie Lisko, Kelli Lincke, Michelle Styker, Kimberly Bryant, Melissa Bryant Johnson, Jennifer Tucker, Sean Hatcher, Shea Hatcher Brown, Kayla Hatcher, Beth Lee, Jimbo Griffie, Juston Vinson, Buddy Johnson and Lacey Johnson, great-grandchildren, Chaz O'Shields, Chase O'Shields, Bracken Ellis, Bryson Lincke, Laithen Crow, Landen Valdaze, Alisha Johnson and Abby Brown, great-great-grandchildren, Parker Brown, Gracie Lou O'Shields, Cole Johnson and Caden Johnson.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.

The family will be at the residence of Thomas and Johanna Hatcher, 3000 Dove Ave., Albany, GA 31707.
