- Lori was born in Anniston, Alabama, but had lived in Georgia most of her adult life.
- She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy J. Christie, her father Ray Lloyd Christie Sr. and brother, Ray Lloyd Christie, Jr.
- Lori is survived by two sons, SSG Joseph McAloon (Brittany) of Fairbanks, Alaska, John Francis McAloon of Pennsylvania and one daughter, Christie Leigh McAloon, of Wrightsville, GA, and seven grandchildren.
- Lori had a love for plants, reading and watching sports She will be missed by all who knew her.
- A family memorial service is being planned.
