JoAnn Wells Collins

Mrs. JoAnn Wells Collins, 86 of Leesburg, GA, died Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at her residence.  A graveside funeral service will be held Monday, June 13, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Crown Hill Cemetery.  Pastor Bruce English will officiate.  The family will receive friends after the service.

Mrs. Collins was born April 28, 1936 in Cartersville, GA, daughter of the late Thurman Wells and Maude Biddy Wells.  She was co-owner of Collins Business Machines along with her husband Bobby until they retired.  She loved her family and enjoyed hosting many family reunions.  She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and spending time with family and friends.  She was a wonderful cook and loved working in her yard.  Other than her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Bobby Ray Collins, five brothers James Pruiett, Renon Pruiett, Eval Pruiett, Edward Wells and Charles Wells and three sisters Christine Wells, Carol Byrd and Eloise Crook.

She is survived by her daughters Cindy Collins Holton (David) of Camilla, GA and Amy Collins Reno (Wayne) of Albany, GA, her sister Betty Jean Tucker of Baconton, GA, grandchildren Mandy Holton Deloach, of Camilla, GA and Jason Gauntt (Jennifer) of Alabama, great-grandchildren Raeanna Deloach and Dalton Deloach of Camilla, GA, Peter Gauntt, Darcee Wright and Remi Gauntt all of Alabama and numerous nieces and nephews.
