Jesse Harold Middlebrooks

Jesse Harold Middlebrooks, 92, of Albany, GA., died Wednesday, December 21, 2022 in Byron, GA. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at 3:00 pm at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Danny Evans will officiate. An entombment will follow at Crown Hill Mausoleum.

A native of Dooly County Mr. Middlebrooks served his country and retired from the United States Navy. He went on to work Firestone for seventeen years and also worked for Wells Fargo for twelve years. Mr. Middlebrooks as a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. He was preceded in death by his wife Louise Middlebrooks.

Survivors include his sister in law. Wanda Middlebrooks, an aunt, Connie Raper, close friends, Teya Mullis, Jacob Mullis and Mandy Fussell, his cousins Lamar Middlebrooks and Alan Middlebrooks,  and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
