Jack Russell Middleton

Jack Russell Middleton, 79, of Albany, GA died Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Mark Fulford will officiate. Interment will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery. The American Legion Post #30 will provide military honors.

Born in Albany, GA, Mr. Middleton had been a life-long resident of Albany, GA. He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the US Air Force. He was retired from the MCLB and was a former member of Triangle Masonic Lodge #708 F&AM, a 32nd Scottish Rite Mason, a member of Hasan Temple, and the American Legion Post #30. He attended Liberty Parkway Church of God.

Survivors include a niece Kay Brumbley and her husband Don, Albany, GA, and a number of other nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at 9:00 AM.
