Our precious boy, Howell Dixon White, age 5, went home to be with Jesus on September 19, 2025. Though our hearts are broken, we are grateful for the gift of his life and the joy he brought to everyone around him.
Born on April 9, 2020, Dixon was full of life and love. He was a quick learner and very athletic. Most everything came easy to him. He delighted in being outdoors, playing ball, and helping his daddy mow the grass. He adored his sisters, and he loved his momma with a heart far bigger than his years. His laughter, smile, and tender spirit touched everyone who knew him.
Though his time on earth was far too short, his life was a precious gift from God. His family takes comfort in the promises of Scripture, knowing that Dixon is now whole, safe, and held in the arms of his Savior.
Dixon is survived by his loving parents, Howell and KayLee White; his sisters, Amelia and Saville White; his grandparents, Eddie and Natalie Dixon, Charles and Ellen White; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who were blessed by his life.
A service celebrating Dixon’s life will be held on Tuesday, September 23 at Hope City United Church at 2:00pm with a private graveside service following. The family will receive visitors one hour before the service. Family and friends are invited to attend the service at HCU as we honor his memory and cling to the hope of eternal reunion in Christ.
“Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” — Matthew 19:14
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hope City United Church 1211 Stuart Ave Albany, GA 31707, for a playground to be built in Dixons honor.
