Helen Gloria Renner

Helen (Gloria) Renner, 87, of Lee County, GA, died December 3, 2011 at the Lillian G. Carter Nursing Center. Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:00 PM at Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery. Rev. Chuck Smith will officiate.

A native of Fitzgerald, GA, born to the late Oscar M. and Helen Bruton Mullinax, Mrs. Renner grew up in Quitman, GA. She had resided in Lynchburg, VA before moving to the Albany area twenty five years ago. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Renner and two daughters, Minnie Rudd and Lucille Smothers and a son, Oscar Wade Rudd.

Survivors include two sons, Walter Gene Rudd and his wife, Cheryl, of Vero Beach, FL and Ben Lewis Rudd and his wife, Debbie of Camilla, GA, survivors also include grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren.

The family is at the residence of Gary and Sheilah Rudd, 190 Garrett Road, Leesburg, GA, 31763.

The family will receive friends Monday from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.
