Harley Hershell (Buddy) Morrison, Jr., 74, of Lake Blackshear, GA passed away Sunday, January 7, 2024 at Phoebe Sumter Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Bryan Bentley will officiate. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Born in Atlanta, GA, Buddy graduated high school in Alaska and continued his education before he joined Georgia Power with a forty six year career. He loved fishing, riding his Harley Davidson and his family. He was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Pamela Morrison, Lake Blackshear, GA, a son, Dwayne Morrison (Annette), Atlanta, GA, a sister, Donna Goodman (Marion), Lake Blackshear, GA, a grandson, Tyler Morrison (Hannah) and four great-grandchildren, Junior, Cade, Bea and Wyatt.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 10, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
