Gladys Boggs

Gladys Boggs, 101, of Lee County, GA died June 15, 2017 at Willson Hospice House. Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 AM at Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery. Rev. Ken Chancellor will officiate. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM before the service at Mathews Funeral Home and go in procession to the cemetery.

A native of Yerkes, KY, Mrs. Boggs moved to Miami, FL in 1947 until she moved to Lake Placid, FL 1977. She had lived in Lee County, GA since 2006. Mrs. Boggs was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church.

Survivors include two children, Paul Boggs and his wife, Cheryl of Miramar, FL and Shirley Devereaux of Lee County, GA, twelve grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
