Frances Virginia Parker

Frances Virginia Parker,88, of Montezuma GA, passed away on Friday, November 14, 2025, at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus, Georgia. The family will have a private service at Live Oak Cemetery.

She was born on November 24, 1936, in Cairo, Georgia, to the late James and Frances Carlisle Norman. Frances dedicated her life to her family, creating a warm and loving environment for her children and all who entered her home.

She is survived by her children, including Ronald "Jack" Parker, her sister, Patricia Cook.

Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Parker and sister Lily Faye McCook.
