Dolores Jean Johnson

The funeral service of Dolores Jean Johnson, 77, of Albany, GA, who died Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, will be conducted Friday, May 27, 2011 at 9:30 A.M. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Billy Hanna will officiate. Interment will follow in Andersonville National Cemetery at 11:30 A.M.

A native of Topeka, KS, Mrs. Johnson had resided in Albany, GA for the past twenty five years moving from Santa Paula, CA. She was a homemaker and was of the Pentecostal faith.

She is survived by her husband, Lynn B. Johnson, Jr., Albany, GA, two sons, Kenneth (Ken) Johnson and his wife Laura, Albany, GA, Michael Lee Johnson, Redmond, OR, three brothers, David Hintz, Leavenworth, KS and Danny Hintz, Jr., Tulsa, OK, James Hintz, Phoenix, AR, five grandchildren, Steven Johnson, Michelle Runyon, Phillip Webb, Nicole Gurrola, Bryan Johnson and two great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 7:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Mathews Funeral Home.
