Debra "Debbie" George Brown

Debra “Debbie” George Brown, of Baconton, GA, passed away Monday, January 13, 2025 at her residence. A visitation and a time of remembrance will be held Friday, January 17, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Mercedes Baptist Church. 

Debbie was born in Blakely, GA to the late Chesley and Klara George. She was a loving wife, loving mother and proud grandmother who loved spending time with her grandchildren She worked as a bookkeeper at Bennett’s Feed and Seed for ten years. She was an active member of Mercedes Baptist Church and served as the Children’s Director. 

Survivors include her husband, Thurman Brown, her children, Shannon Sharp and Denver Brown, her grandchildren, Kylie Rae Sharp, Khloe Marie Sharp and Amielia Elise Brown and her siblings, Irvin George, Jr., Ricky George and Janie Brooks.
