Deborah Howze Golden

Deborah Lynn Howze Golden, 60, passed away peacefully at her home on December 25, 2025 in Albany, Georgia.

She was born on January 18, 1965 in Heidelberg, Germany to the late Annalise Gruber and Hollis Ray Howze. Deborah lived a life rooted in love for her family and devotion to those closest to her.

She is survived by her brother, Hollis Ray Howze, Jr., her sons, Robert J. Golden, Jeffery S. Golden, their father, James M. Golden, her very special friend, James E. McGruder and her beloved grandchildren, Ryleigh Golden, Ayden and Emma Golden who brought her immeasurable joy.

Deborah will be remembered for her strength, her love for family and the lasting memories she created with those who knew and loved her specially the staff at The ARC. Her legacy lives on through her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Annalise Gruber and Hollis Ray Howze.
