David was born in Albany, GA and had resided here most all of his life. He was associated with AAA Concrete before his retirement. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herchel Wayne Judy and Elizabeth Pearl Moore Judy Manley, step-father, Bill Manley, wife, Belinda Diana Judy and siblings, Pat Judy and Doug Judy.

Survivors include his children, Darrin Wayne Judy, Albany, GA, grandchildren, Jishua Blythe Judy, Loren Judy, Autumn Rose Judy, Jesten Haight, Breanna Judy Haight and Elijha Haight.
