David Wayne Judy

David Wayne Judy, 78, of Albany, GA passed away peacefully at Willson Hospice House on Thursday, April 23rd, 2026. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, May 17th at 11:00 AM at Mathews Funeral Home.

David was born in Albany, Georgia and resided in the area all of his life. He attended and graduated from the Dougherty County School system in his youth. David served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. In his years following his military service, he worked with AAA Concrete Company for several years.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Herschel Wayne Judy and Elizabeth Moore Judy Manley, his stepfather, Bill Manley, his wife, Belinda Diana Judy, and siblings Pat Judy and Doug Judy.

Survivors include his children, Darrin Wayne Judy, Albany, GA, Emily Judy Haight, Penrose, NC, brothers, Perry Judy (Diane) Lee County, GA, Todd Judy (Marsha), Tifton, GA, grandchildren, Joshua Judy, Loren Judy Wallace (Marcus), Autumn Judy, Justen Haight, Breanna Haight, Elijah Haight, and 4 great grandchildren.
