Chapple Statham

Chapple Jean May Statham, 76, of Albany, GA passed away Friday, August 13, 2021 at Willson Hospice House. Graveside funeral services will be conducted Friday, August 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. graveside at Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery. Rev. Ron Long will officiate.

Born in Andersonville, TN, Mrs. Statham had resided in Albany, GA since 1960 moving here from the Carolina’s. She was retired from Andrew Tent Company and was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Plyler H. May and Emma L. Frazier May, daughter, Robyn Statham, her husband, Arthur Frank Statham and sisters, Sybil Rome and Jackie Shaw.

Survivors include her son, Shane Statham and his wife Cindy and grandsons, Cody Zane Statham and Alejandro R. Statham all of Albany, GA.
