Cecil Musgrove
Sim Cecil Musgrove, 80, of Albany, GA, died Friday, June 9, 2023 at his residence. A private graveside service will be held at the Leary City Cemetery. Rev. Tom Pollock will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday, June 12, 2023 from 5:30 pm until 7:00 pm at Mathews Funeral Home.
Cecil was born on November 11, 1942 in Baker County, GA to the late Sim and Elizabeth Musgrove. He grew up and graduated high school in Baker County and attended Georgia Southwestern College.
Cecil married Nancy Beasley and moved to Albany, GA in 1969. He was a real estate investor and was the owner of Five Points Agency, Southern Farms and other entities. Cecil enjoyed fishing, hunting and farming. He was preceded in death by a nephew, Josh Milner.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy B. Musgrove and two daughters and their husbands, Ann (Mark) Lively and Nan (Tommy) Pollock all of Albany, GA, a sister, Mary Ann Musgrove and a nephew, Roger (Denise) Milner all of Baker County, GA.
