Catherine Elizabeth Butler

Mrs. Catherine Elizabeth Butler, 64, of Albany, GA, died April 3, 2022 at her residence.  No services will be held at this time.

Mrs.  Butler was born on June 15, 1957 to the late Charles Leonard Smith and Florence Etta Shepard in Fulton, NY.  She worked at Coats and Clark for many years.  Mrs. Butler was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and loved spending all her free time with her family. It was always family first.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two siblings, James Smith and Charles Smith.

Survivors include her husband, Ed Butler, three loving sons, Edwin, Gerald and Charles Butler, her siblings, Harold Smith, Harrison Shepard III, Kenneth Shepard, James Shepard and Jo Anna Rawlins, her grandchildren, Kate Freeman, Jazlyn Butler, Destiny Butler and Charles Butler and one great-grandchild, Aubrey Giggey.
