Carolyn Casey Lutterman

Carolyn Beatrice Lutterman, 69, of Albany, Georgia, passed away peacefully on August 15, 2025. She was born on February 23, 1956, and throughout her life was known for her warmth, devotion to her family, and her love of nature.

Carolyn found great joy in gardening and lawn work, where she poured her heart into growing beautiful flowers and keeping her yard vibrant. Her love for the outdoors reflected the way she lived her life—caring, nurturing, and full of beauty.

A devoted stay-at-home mother, Carolyn dedicated her life to raising her children with love and support. She was most proud of her family and the time she shared with them.

She is survived by her children, Kevin Lutterman, Tammy Seaburg, and Shyann Lutterman; her grandchildren, Meagan Garman, Alexandra Lutterman, and Morgan Hart; her great-grandchildren, Joseph Hart, Paisley Hart, Bryson Hart, and Bentley Hart; and her siblings, Jim Casey, Jerome Casey, Francis Casey, and Betty Jo Medley. Carolyn will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

The family will be holding [a private/family/memorial] service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Carolyn’s memory by planting something beautiful in her name.
