Carol Nobles Herring

Carol Nobles Herring, 83, of Buford, died Saturday, April 25, 2026.

Her graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2026 at Crown Hill Cemetery.

Born in Donalsonville, GA, Mrs. Herring lived most of her life in the Atlanta Area. She retired from the Dekalb County School system as a Media Clerk. In her spare time, she like to craft, read and doing crossword puzzles.

She was preceded in death by her parents, R. C. and Gussie Nobles, her husband Wallace Herring and grandchildren, Bo Churney and Mandy Churney.

She is survived by her daughters, Sherri Churney (Martin), Erin Schwener (Bill), grandchildren, Drew Churney (Erin), Zac Churney, Garrett Smith, Josey Smith and Ireland Freeman and a host of other family members.
