Candice Skyy Jordan

Infant Candice Skyy Jordan, 13 months, of Albany, GA, passed away April 29, 2015, at her home. Funeral services will be conducted Monday May 4, 2015 at 3:00 pm at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Mark Bulloch will officiate. Interment will follow in Thundering Springs Cemetery.

Survivors include her parents Jason Jordan and Tracie Coston of Albany, two brothers Gavin and Jason Jordan, three sisters Savannah, Krystal, and Elizabeth Jordan all of Albany, GA, paternal grandmother Kathy Jordan of Lee County, maternal grandmother Johnne Coston of Albany, her caregiver Elena (Robert) Evans of Albany, six uncles, three aunts, and many cousins, extended family, and friends.
