Billy W. Mullins, Jr., 63, of Albany, GA passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2026. Arrangements will be announced.

Billy was born in Albany, GA and raised in Leesburg, GA. He was a graduate of Lee County High School and served a full stint in the National Guard. He was a life long truck driver having been employed with AAA Cooper Transportation and Fed EX. He was of the Christian faith.

Survivors include his wife, Belinda Lawson Mullis, Albany, GA, parents, Billy W. Mullis, Sr. and Janice Denham Mullis, Leesburg, GA, brother, Stacey Mullins (P. J.) all of Albany, GA, mother-in-law, Faye Lawson, Leesburg, GA, sister-in-law, Dwan Cantrell Rice (Cory), Leesburg, GA, brothers-in-law, Reese Lawson (Angie), Yulee, FL, Allen Lawson, Albany, GA, number of nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Rex Lawson.
