Auburn "Keith" Stripling

Mr. Auburn “Keith” Stripling, 57, of Worth County died Sunday, July 26, 2020 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.  Graveside services will be held Friday, July 31, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashburn.  Rev. Terrell Roberts will officiate.  Social distancing requirements will be observed for public safety.   

Mr. Stripling was born on November 20, 1962 in Albany to Auburn Stripling and Melba Saylor Moody.  He was a man of great integrity. Deeply devoted to his family friends and dedicated to the Albany area community.

Survivors include his beloved wife, Cheryl Stripling; son; Matthew, daughters; LeAnne, Jackie, Jessie and Jaymie His parents Tom and Melba Moody and Auburn and Dot Stripling and Sisters Karren Mathis (Greg), Kandace Whitfield (Jimmy), brother Ken Stripling and 16 grandchildren along with a host of extended family members and friends.

Mr. Stripling was preceded in death by both Maternal and Paternal Grandparents.

Mr. Stripling will lie in state at Mathews Funeral Home on Thursday, July 30, 2020 from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM for those who wish to visit and pay their respects.  No formal visitation will be held with the family.
