Arthur Delacey "Lacey" Fraser, Jr., 61, of Lee County, GA, passed away Friday, January 23, 2026 at Willson Hospice House. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 26, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. T.J. Mauldin and Rev. Ryan Stone will officiate. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.
Lacey was born in Albany, GA on October 22, 1964 to Mr & Mrs. Arthur Delacey Fraser, Sr. He grew up in Albany playing Dixie League Baseball and loving the outdoors. Lacey attended Dougherty High School where he played the trumpet in the band and played baseball. He graduated in 1982 and attended Albany Junior College. Lacey married the love of his life, Tina Rensch in 1995.
Lacey was employed with Revco Drugs, Cooper Tire and Merck Chemical Company until their closing. He had been with Miller Molson Coors for nineteen years. Lacey enjoyed riding his tractor, all types of hunting, working on his property, the mountain house in Blairsville and going to the beach. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Delacey Fraser, Sr.
Survivors include his wife, Tina Rensch Fraser of Lee County, GA, his children, Zachary Fraser of Moultrie, GA, Zane (Anna) Fraser and Kayla Marie (Tanner Cook) Fraser all of Lee County, GA, his mother, Janet Alona Fraser of Lee County, GA, his siblings, Will (Ashley) Fraser of Mitchell County, GA and Janet (Tracy) Edore of Lee County, GA, two grandchildren, Kipton Fraser and Kashlyn Fraser both of Lee County, GA, his nieces and nephews Heather Wright (Bobby), T.J. Mauldin (Taylor), Holly Averette (Wesley), Mikayla Bair (Brandon), Mason Fraser, Ian Fraser, Ashton Fraser, and Mia Fraser and a host of great nieces and nephews. Survivors also include the family he chose, Todd (Dori) Stempinski, Dakota Tift, Jordan Tift, Addyson Stempinski and Hayden Stempinski all of Albany, GA and his Granddog, Ella Mae.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm Monday at Mathews Funeral Home.
