April Nicole Weekley

April was born in Albany, GA on April 12, 1980 to Lum and Cindy Story, Jr.  She grew up in Lee County and graduated from Lee County High School. April was formerly employed with the Lee County Utilities Department. She was  a loving  mother who adored  spending time with her two sons and her family. April was very artistic and loved the beach. She was preceded in death by her father, Lum Edsel Story, Jr, and her grandparents, Lum and Hilda Story, Sr., Kyle and Lille Watson.

Survivors include her children, Chandler Weekley of Shreveport, LA and Kyler Weekley of Lee County, GA, her mother, Cindy Story  and brother Jason Story of Lee County, GA,. Her aunts and uncles, Wayne (Dee) Watson of Carabelle, FL, Rhonda (Larry) Kimbrel of Lee County, GA, Terri (Late Terry Milton)Watson Milton of Monroe, GA and Steve (Cindy) Watson of Chula, GA and a host of cousins.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:30 pm until 1:30 pm at Mathews Funeral Home.  Funeral procession will follow to Leesburg Cemetery.
