Annie Marie Phillips

Annie Marie Phillips, 81, of Albany, GA, died Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday October 4, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Gene Snipes and Rev. Charlie Rouse will officiate. Interment will follow in Live Oak Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, Baker Co., GA

A native of Baker Co., GA, Mrs. Phillips had resided in Albany, GA for the past 49 years. She was a homemaker and a member of East Albany Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Leonard Phillips, three brothers, J.D. Casey, William Casey and Leonard Casey, two sisters, Agnes Maples and Shirley Jones.

Survivors include, three sons and their wives, Donnie Phillips and Sheryl, Lee Co., GA, Mickey Phillips and Smyrna, Jackson, GA and Allan Phillips and Lynn, Worth Co., GA, a brother, Eugene Casey, Albany, GA, eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

The family is at the residence of Donnie and Sheryl Phillips, 258 Creekside Dr., Leesburg, GA

The family will receive friends Monday from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
