Annette Priscilla Shadburn

Annette P. Shadburn, 65, of Albany, GA, died January 19, 2017 at Willson Hospice House. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 AM at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Jason Jones will officiate. Interment will follow in Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery.

A native of Sylvester, GA, born to the late Ammonette and Lula Porter, Annette lived in Albany, GA most of her life and was employed with Phoebe Pulmonology. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, David L. (Dave) Shadburn of Albany, GA, a daughter, Jennifer Lynn Godwin and her husband, James of Americus, GA and a grandson, Will Godwin. She was preceded in death by her brother, Lawson Woodard.
