Allen Conley

Allen Conley, 85, of Dawson, died Thursday at his residence.

His graveside service will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Dawson. Dr. Emil Askew will officiate.

Born in Calhoun County, Mr. Conley spent most of his life in Dawson. He was retired from McCleskey Mills. He loved being outdoors hunting or fooling with his cows.

He was preceded in death by his parents Andrew and Rosa Klias Conley and his brother John Conley.

Survivors include his wife of fourty-six years, Priscilla Parker Conley, children, Lareca McPherson (Tim), Drew Conley (Kay), Aime Conley, Blair Conley, grandchildren, Brandi Hall (Chance), Zack Fender, Nick Fender (Taylor), Remington Davis, five great grandchildren, siblings Sally Elder, Carolyn Muliford (Alton), sister-in-law, Sadie Conley, lifelong friend, Phil Ingram and a host of nieces and nephews.
