Alice Fay Hayes Hatcher

Alice Fay Hayes Hatcher of Albany, GA passed away Sunday  at her residence, November 30, 2025. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 6, 2025 at  2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Christ's Sanctified Holy Church, Fort Valley, GA.

Born in Columbus, GA, Mrs. Hatcher had resided in Albany, GA most all of her life. She was the former manager of The Toy Store before it's closing, she was employed at the Bob's Candy Outlet and retired from the Lonnie Mathis and Reid Mathis Allstate Insurance Agency. She was a member of Christ's Sanctified Church in Leesburg, GA  and had attended Harvest Temple Church of God.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Wilson Hayes and Alice Louise Hayes, a daughter, Loretta Fay Lovell, and a granddaughter, Erica Lovell.

Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Hatcher Rogers and her husband,Ronald J. Rogers, Albany, GA, grandchildren, Christina Elizabeth Eason (Ryan Hunter), Michael David Cox (Danielle Chastain), Georgia Fay Lovell and Jay Lovell (Kirsten), great-grandchildren,Danielle Melvin (Lance Alday), Alyiah Ann Walker, Erica Fay King, Dallin Hayes,Knox Lovell and Brooks Lovell.

The family will receive friends in the chapel of Christ's Sanctified Holy Church, 2500 N. US -41, Fort Valley, GA, on Saturday from 11:00 p.m. until 12:00 p.m.
